Her journey into health and longevity didn't begin in a gym—
it began with a desire to feel better in he own body.
Growing up in Venezuela, she stayed active in her early 20's through rollerblading and jogging, but like many women, she spent years chasing weight loss without truly understanding how the body works.
It wasn't until pregnancy, motherhood, and my own health journey that she began to see the bigger picture.
Over the years, she became a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Healthy eating Coach, studying strength training, mobility, posture, functional movement, nutrition, and emotional wellness.
What she discovered is that true longevity is about so much more than exercise. Our emotions, life experiences, stress, and past challenges all leave an imprint on the body and influence how we move, heal, and age.
Today, she help women create strength, mobility, confidence, and vitality from the inside out, so they can continue doing the things they love with ease, grace, and freedom for years to come.
