No problem! you will get the recording of the class and Dee can also review key practices with you to keep you connected.

2: I have tried Other fitness programs before, what makes this program different?

First you will experience live sessions with Dee, second this is not theory this is all practical fitness strategies and tools can you start working on right aways to get better results. This is not a cookie-cutter program, from the main themes we will be tailoring the session to your personal physical challenges.

3: What if I cannot some of the fitness suggestion you are giving us?

The purpose of this sessions is to provide with movement, exercise and startegies to help you build on agililty, balance and mobility, including muscle strength

4: I am nervous or concerns about joining a group online?

Dee is aware of that, even herself prefer do things in-person, however in this fast pace world it is important to create a space that everyone can join instead of worrying time and space. And you will be able to access this program from anywhere in the world even during holidays and watch the recordings

5: Time is challenging for me to make this 3 sessions?

Her journey into health and longevity didn't begin in a gym—

it began with a desire to feel better in he own body.

Growing up in Venezuela, she stayed active in her early 20's through rollerblading and jogging, but like many women, she spent years chasing weight loss without truly understanding how the body works.

It wasn't until pregnancy, motherhood, and my own health journey that she began to see the bigger picture.

Over the years, she became a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Healthy eating Coach, studying strength training, mobility, posture, functional movement, nutrition, and emotional wellness.

What she discovered is that true longevity is about so much more than exercise. Our emotions, life experiences, stress, and past challenges all leave an imprint on the body and influence how we move, heal, and age.

Today, she help women create strength, mobility, confidence, and vitality from the inside out, so they can continue doing the things they love with ease, grace, and freedom for years to come.
